Terms and Conditions for Oasis Mobile Application

Welcome to the Badminton Academy mobile application ("App"). By using this App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Court Booking
1.1. Booking Rates: Court booking rates vary based on weekdays, weekends, and peak hours, as well as normal hours.
1.2. Booking Modifications and Cancellations: Guests can book, reschedule, or cancel slots. In the case of cancellation, the payment will be stored in your wallet.
1.3. Time Slot Changes: Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the allocated time slot.
1.4. Booking Window: Bookings can be made for the next 7 days; beyond that, time slot selection is restricted.
2. Subscriptions
2.1. Subscription Durations and Pricing: Subscriptions are available for 1 year, 6 months, with different pricing for peak and normal hours, weekdays, and weekends.
2.2. Cancellation Policy: Subscribers can cancel, but will not receive a refund upon cancellation.
2.3. Subscription Dates: After payment, your subscription plan's End dates will be updated in the application.
3. Events and Tournaments
3.1. Registration Policy: Event and tournament registrations are non-refundable, and there is no cancellation policy for event bookings.
4. User Data
4.1. Information Collected: We collect and store user data, including name, address, phone number, and email address, which can be edited by the user at any time.
5. Payment
5.1. Secure Payments: Payments are processed securely using Bank Muscat.
5.2. Payment issue: In the event of payment success and booking failure, the corresponding amount will be credited to the user's wallet.
6. Registration
6.1. Device Registration: If you register your account on another device, you will be automatically logged out from the current device for security reasons. This helps ensure the integrity and safety of your account information.
6.2. Account Deletion and Re-registration: In the event of deleting your account, you may register again using the same email address. However, please note that this action will not impact your existing bookings, wallet balance, or subscription plans. Your historical data will be retained to facilitate a seamless user experience upon re-registration.
7. Cancellation,Refund and Return Policy
7.1. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the refunded amount will be transferred to your wallet. Refunds will not be processed through bank transactions or in cash.
